Dr. Hamed Rostami Najafabadi is one of the most distinguished legal scholars, attorneys-at-law (Attorney at Law / First-Class Attorney), and legal consultants in the country. With extensive academic and professional expertise in criminal law, arbitration, mediation, and specialized legal consultancy, he has played a significant role in promoting justice and resolving legal disputes.
First-Class Attorney at Law and an official member of the Tehran Bar Association, with extensive experience in handling complex civil and criminal cases and defending clients’ rights at all stages of judicial proceedings.
Highly skilled legal consultant with strong capabilities in legal analysis, drafting legal briefs, and providing effective legal solutions.
Professional arbitrator and mediator in criminal and civil matters, focusing on dispute resolution through alternative methods such as arbitration and mediation.
